STAND UP TO FASCISM AND TRUMP’S FOUR FEET OF FLACCIDITY

Stop the Guns of Goons on the Streets of America and the US-Israel Genocide in Gaza

When will elected officials stand up and enforce the law? When will elected officials stand up and enforce court orders? When is enough enough? Who –elected to uphold the US Constitution or the Charter of international organizations– will stop the rising tide of fascism in America and by America before it is too late?

Among the myriad terrifying examples of law breaking by elected and appointed officials is the Trump administration continuing to hold Leqaa Kordia,  a Palestinian, who was detained during a routine immigration check-in on March 13, 2025, and has been in ICE custody since. Twice, an immigration judge has ordered Kordia released on bond.

Another stunning example of the failure of  the international community to uphold the law is the United Nations charted in 1945 with the mission to  maintain international peace and security. The October 20, 2025 Report of the Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Palestinian territories occupied since 1967 called the “ongoing genocide in Gaza a collective crime.” It charges the genocide is ‘sustained by the complicity of influential third States that have enabled long-standing systematic violations of international law by Israel.”

The unlawful arrest and detention of Kordia and the impotence of the United Nations are the perfect intersection of fascism at home (ICE) and fascism abroad (Gaza genocide).
